1. Basic Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions regulate the relationship between the buyer and the seller. The website owner and product seller is:

By using this website and purchasing Butković Olive Oil products, the user accepts these terms and conditions.

2. Products and Prices

All prices listed on the website are expressed in euros (€). ISTRIA PARTNER reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, but the buyer will be charged the price that was valid at the time of order confirmation. Product images are for illustrative purposes only; however, we strive to ensure the maximum accuracy of our olive oil's presentation.

3. Ordering and Payment

Purchases are made through the web shop interface. After placing an order, the buyer will receive a confirmation via email. Payment can be made using the following methods:

• Payment to the business transaction account (Bank Transfer)

• Cash on delivery (Pouzeće)

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is carried out within the territory of the Republic of Croatia. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless otherwise stated (e.g., free shipping above a certain amount). The delivery period is usually 3 to 5 working days.

5. Complaints and Right to Terminate the Contract

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract within 14 days without giving a reason, provided that the product has not been opened or used. Since olive oil is a food product, returns are only possible if the original packaging (cap/seal) remains intact.

6. Protection of Personal Data (GDPR)

ISTRIA PARTNER is committed to protecting the personal data of its customers. We collect only the data necessary for order processing and delivery. Data will not be shared with third parties, except with delivery services for the purpose of shipping.
